Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
How do I order a cake?
To order a cake, send me an email with all the details—flavour, size, design ideas, and the date you need it for. The more info, the better so I can bring your vision to life.

When and where do I pick up my order?
Include your preferred pickup date and time in the special instructions box when placing your order.
Pickup details will be sent to you once your order is confirmed. Everything is made from my home bakery, so the exact location will be shared after processing.
Do you offer gluten-free options?
We do offer custom-ordered gluten-free treats! However, please note that all of our products are made in a kitchen that also handles wheat and gluten-containing ingredients. While we take care in our preparation, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from cross-contamination. If you have a severe allergy or celiac disease, please keep this in mind before placing your order.
Do you offer delivery or shipping?
At this time, we primarily offer local pickup for all orders. Limited delivery may be available depending on your location and order size—feel free to reach out to inquire!
